This is my second time doing Junk Free June! Last year I went paleo, this year I am going to cut out refined sugar (not including dinner as I cook as a flat). I am also going to increase my physical activity - aiming for 10,000 steps on my Fitbit each day and 30 mins (or more) exercise daily.
