Just had fish for dinner, not usually into fish but keeping up my health! Also, gaining iron! Fish is so healthy for you, and I'm hoping to get really healthy for cross country, an event for our school. Not really looking forward to that, but hopefully all the healthy foods and meats with iron makes it feel like it's no big deal!
I would love to get more fit by going junk food free for a month. If I were to choose a donation to put all this money towards, it would be the stroke foundation. My dad has been through having a stroke, and I would love to do this to make him happy. This can be hard for me because I love junk food!
